Location: Atasehir, Turkey
Project Type: Architectural Design & Planning
Project Area: 850 sqmt
Structured Simplicity: Mixed-Use Residential Design
This 850 m² mixed-use building, located in Ataşehir, integrates commercial and residential functions within a thoughtfully designed urban structure. The architectural approach prioritizes spatial efficiency, connectivity with outdoor spaces, and a contemporary urban aesthetic.
A key element of the design is the strategic use of balconies, which enhance the connection between the living spaces and the cityscape. Their placements introduce a rhythmic balance to the façade while providing functional outdoor extensions for the residential units. The ground floor is dedicated to commercial use, fostering an active relationship between the building and its urban surroundings.
The incorporation of attic spaces and upper-floor openings maximizes natural light intake, ensuring that the interiors remain bright and spacious throughout the day. Thoughtfully planned circulation and spatial organization contribute to a seamless flow between private and shared areas, offering a well-balanced living experience.
By carefully considering both aesthetic and functional aspects, this project presents a refined urban living concept that harmonizes with its surroundings while offering modern and adaptable spaces for its residents.
